Frequently Asked Questions

 Deliveries start at $10 and are only within the GTA at this time. Downtown deliveries are for order $120+ 

 Custom cakes need to be ordered at least 2 weeks in advance depending on complexity. Please complete our order request form on our website or call us to inquire and receive a quote.  

 Check out our menu on the website. If there is a flavour you have in mind that isn’t listed, contact me and I will see if we can make it happen!  

 In order to secure your order, you need to receive an invoice and pay a Non-refundable deposit:

• 30% deposit for orders under $120
• 50% deposit for orders above $120.  

We understand things happen unexpectantly. However deposits will not be refunded for cancelled orders. Last minute cancellations (5 days or less) will be subjected to a  25% cancellation fee which will have to be paid before any future orders.
